Basic Refund/Exchange Policy
We do NOT offer refunds.
We will exchange a defective product within 90 days of the purchase/payment date. If 90 days have passed since the purchase/payment date, then you will NOT be offered an exchange of any kind.
Eligibility for Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. The item can only be exchanged for the same item. If that item is no longer available, then another similar item will be used for the exchange. Any item not in its original condition is considered defective or damaged for reasons due to our error.

Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange. If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs – both sending and returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item nor that you have received the exchanged item.
